  • Membership typically includes ongoing client experience, operations and content support. This typically includes inbox management, scheduling, organization, social media support, and backend assistance based on your business needs and agreed scope.

  • You can switch to a monthly plan after the first 3-month commitment.

  • 3-months allows enough time to properly implement systems, improve workflows and see meaningful results.

  • Yes, after the initial 3-month period, services can be transitioned to a month-to-month basis with 30 day- notice required prior to cancellation.

  • Start by completing the application. If we are a good fit, we will move forward with a discovery call and onboarding process before beginning ongoing support.

  • Yes, only if it is through email or texting services I can use through my computer.

  • Additional requests outside of our current scope can be discussed and either scheduled accordingly or added as an additional service. Keep in mind that there may be a price increase.

  • Messages are typically responded to within 24 business hours, Monday - Friday. The reason it is within 24 business hours is because time may vary slightly depending on workload and priorities.
